The 6th Triennale of Kogei in Kanazawa includes an open-call exhibition “2025 Kogei World Competition in Kanazawa,” a forum “11th Kanazawa World Crafts Cities Conference,” and a featured exhibition “Kanazawa Kogei Now.” The open-call exhibition will showcase outstanding works selected from submissions worldwide. This edition’s Triennale also features the winning work of the LOEWE FOUNDATION Craft Prize 2025 as a special exhibition, showcasing the diverse expressions of crafts (kogei). The forum will explore the present and future of craft, discussing its potential with the open-call jurors and guests. The featured exhibition will collaborate with galleries near the venue to introduce the numerous crafts of Kanazawa.

Special Exhibition: LOEWE FOUNDATION Craft Prize 2025

With the special cooperation of the LOEWE FOUNDATION, the 6th Triennale of Kogei in Kanazawa is pleased to introduce the winning works from the LOEWE FOUNDATION Craft Prize 2025, which was held at the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum in Madrid (May 30–June 29, 2025).
